Death Cafe Event – Breathing life into death
On Dying To Know Day, Barwon Health’s Advance Care Planning
Program and Palliative Care Services are providing a space to talk
about end of life.
Many of us will die in a way that is not consistent with our values or
preferences. and many of us feel unsure how to support others who
are dying, caring or grieving. Dying to Know Day aims to change this
by activating conversations and curiosity.
Tea, coffee and a selection of cakes provided.
